Affordable Med Plans is recruiting licensed health insurance agents to take company-provided inbound ACA calls and help consumers enroll in qualifying ACA plans.
Recruiting licensed agents in all 50 states. Agents sell ACA plans in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. Active Health or Life & Health license, NPN, and 2026 FFM certificate required.
A 2026 FFM / ACA certificate is required to join our 2027 Open Enrollment program.
Agents must have completed the 2026 FFM (Marketplace) certification for last year's Open Enrollment and hold an active 2026 Marketplace agreement. On September 22, 2026, CMS, under the Trump Administration, placed a temporary moratorium on new agent and broker registrations with the federally-facilitated Marketplace (HealthCare.gov) for plan year 2027. CMS says the pause gives it time to put "enhanced program-integrity safeguards" in place. It is expected to last until February 1, 2027. Agents without a 2026 registration cannot be onboarded until it is lifted.

You are likely a fit if you have:
- An active Health or Life & Health insurance license
- A National Producer Number (NPN)
- A 2026 FFM / ACA Marketplace certificate from last year's Open Enrollment
- A professional remote workspace, reliable internet, and availability to handle inbound calls
- An interest in ACA enrollment conversations with accuracy and compliance
Important to know
- This is a commission-only independent-contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried W-2 position.
- Carrier appointments and other onboarding requirements are completed after acceptance.
- We recruit licensed agents in all 50 states. Agents sell in TX, FL, GA, and TN, so a resident or non-resident license in at least one of those states is needed.
- Payment and qualifying-enrollment terms are governed by the written commission plan.
Compensation

Earn before Open Enrollment with Allstate Health Solutions.
Sell eligible Allstate Health Solutions products, including short-term medical, accident, critical illness, life and dental, and earn up to 50% commission.* Then add ACA enrollments when Open Enrollment opens.
