How we handle your information
This policy covers the information we collect when you apply to become an agent with Affordable Med Plans — through our Instagram and Facebook forms, our website, or by phone — and how we use, share, and protect it.
Who we are
Affordable Med Plans Inc. ("Affordable Med Plans," "we," "us") is a division of PRL Med Supply Inc. that recruits and supports independent, licensed insurance agents selling ACA (Affordable Care Act) marketplace and related supplemental insurance products. This policy explains what happens to your information when you apply to work with us as an agent.
This policy applies to agent recruitment — the forms you fill out to apply, get prescreened, or be contacted about a contracting opportunity with us. It is not a policy for insurance plan members or ACA marketplace enrollees.
Information we collect
When you respond to one of our agent-recruiting ads or forms, we collect:

We don't ask for, or knowingly collect, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive identifiers through our recruiting forms. If you're later contracted as an agent, additional information required for carrier appointments and licensing verification is collected separately, as part of that onboarding process.
How we collect it
- Lead forms on Instagram and Facebook — submitted through Meta's Instant Forms when you respond to one of our ads.
- Our prescreen form — hosted outside of Meta, linked from our website, social profiles, or ads.
- Direct contact — when you call, text, email, or message us directly.
- Our team — notes taken during follow-up calls or interviews as part of evaluating your application.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Evaluate your application and licensing status
- Contact you about the opportunity, by phone, text, or email
- Prioritize and route qualified applicants to our recruiting team
- Complete contracting and onboarding if you're accepted as an agent
- Maintain records required for compliance with insurance industry regulations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Consent to contact you
By submitting a form or providing your phone number or email, you agree that Affordable Med Plans and its recruiting team may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your application and the agent opportunity — including using automated dialing or messaging technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase or contract.
How long we keep it
We keep applicant information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate your application and, if you're not moving forward, for a limited follow-up period afterward. If you're contracted as an agent, your information is retained as part of your agent file for as long as required by insurance industry recordkeeping rules. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Your choices below.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that's inaccurate
- Delete your information, if you're not under an active agent contract with us
- Stop contacting you about this or future opportunities

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to applicant information to team members who need it to run the recruiting process.
Meta & third-party platforms
When you respond to our ads on Instagram or Facebook using an Instant Form, Meta Platforms, Inc. also processes your information as part of delivering and measuring that ad, under Meta's own privacy policy — we don't control how Meta handles data on its platform. We receive your form responses from Meta so our team can follow up with you directly.
Children's privacy
Our agent recruiting program is intended for adults who are eligible to hold an insurance license. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we've received information from someone under 18, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our recruiting process or legal obligations change. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to interact with our forms or team after an update means you accept the revised policy.
